Complaints and content removal
Report content or conduct.
Use the report control in a room or on a profile whenever it is available. You can also submit the public safety form without an account. For a legal, copyright, consent or privacy complaint, email codeflowstudios@proton.me.
Include
- The room, profile or page URL.
- A concise description of the concern and when it occurred.
- Your relationship to the affected person or protected work.
- Supporting evidence you are legally allowed to share.
- A safe way for the moderation team to contact you.
Priority review
Reports involving a suspected minor, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats or immediate danger receive priority. Moderators may interrupt a broadcast or restrict an account while facts are reviewed. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Fair process
The platform may request identity, authority or ownership evidence, preserve relevant records, restrict access, remove content and notify appropriate providers or authorities where required. Affected account holders may request a review unless doing so would compromise safety or a legal obligation.
This is a pre-launch operational policy. Response targets and the final legal notice process must be approved before production.
