Moderation policy · pre-launch draft
Safety reports take priority.
This policy describes the intended moderation process for provider review and closed staging. Production staffing, response coverage and service levels must be validated before public launch.
Immediate intervention
A broadcast should be interrupted immediately when a report or observation indicates a minor, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual activity, serious violence, an immediate threat or another urgent illegal act.
Review and evidence
Moderators review the report, account and relevant event history using the least data necessary. Relevant evidence is preserved with access controls and an audit trail. Reports are escalated to specialist providers or authorities where legally required.
Possible actions
Actions can include warnings, content removal, room interruption, feature restrictions, payment or payout review, temporary suspension and permanent account closure. The action should reflect severity, risk, available evidence and repeat behaviour.
Appeals and accountability
Users can appeal a moderation decision through the complaints process. Appeals should be reviewed separately where practicable, recorded and communicated without exposing reporters or sensitive safety information.
Report a concern
Use the in-room report control or follow the complaints and removal process. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
