Coin purchases and refunds.
Real coin purchases are not active during staging. Before launch, the checkout will show the price, coin quantity, payment method and any applicable taxes before a customer confirms payment.
Coins
Coins are a limited platform unit used for tips and eligible paid features. They are not money, do not earn interest and cannot be transferred or withdrawn by viewers. Purchased coins do not expire while the account remains active, subject to mandatory law and fraud controls.
Requesting a refund
Contact codeflowstudios@proton.me with the account email, transaction reference, purchase date and reason. Never email a full card number or identity document.
Review
Duplicate, unauthorized or technically failed purchases will be investigated. Used coins, completed tips and delivered private sessions are normally final unless required otherwise by law or the service was not delivered. Refunds return through the original payment method and may remove the related coins from the wallet.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The final checkout consent and withdrawal wording will be approved for each supported country before production payments are enabled.
