Request access, correction or deletion.
The operational request process is still being validated before production. It is designed to support access and export, correction, objection, deletion or anonymisation where permitted, and appeals of account or moderation decisions.
Make a request
Email codeflowstudios@proton.me from the address linked to your account. Include the account email, the type of request and a safe way to contact you. Do not email identity documents, passwords or card details.
Identity checks
We may ask for limited information to confirm that the requester controls the account. Sensitive verification should use an approved secure process rather than ordinary email.
Limits and retention
Some safety, consent, financial, fraud, dispute and legal records may need to be retained. When a request cannot be completed in full, the response should explain the reason and the available appeal or complaint route.
Complaints and appeals
A user can challenge the handling of a request through the platform complaints process and, where applicable, contact the relevant data-protection authority.
