Codeflow Studios CommV is preparing CamsInYourPants for provider and legal review. This staging notice describes the intended processing and will be replaced by a jurisdiction-specific notice before production.
Data the service uses
Account and profile data, authentication records, provider verification references and decisions, versioned consent, room and chat events, reports, optional reporter contact details, moderation actions, balanced financial journals, payment references and security logs.
Purposes
The service uses data to operate accounts and rooms, enforce adult eligibility and consent, prevent abuse, investigate reports, provide paid features, maintain financial records and meet legal obligations.
Data minimisation
Raw identity documents and card data should remain with approved providers. Passwords are not logged, recordings are off by default and verification details are not displayed publicly.
Retention and sharing
Final retention periods will reflect safety, financial and legal duties. Necessary data may be shared with hosting, streaming, verification, payment and professional-service providers under appropriate agreements, or with authorities where legally required.
Your controls
The planned request process supports access, export, correction, objection and deletion or anonymisation where legal retention duties allow it. Send requests to codeflowstudios@proton.me.
