Rules for every broadcast.
This draft records the rules accepted during performer onboarding. It does not activate production broadcasting or payouts. Final terms remain subject to provider approval and independent legal review.
Eligibility and verification
A performer must be at least 18, pass the required identity and age checks, use accurate account information and remain eligible in every location from which they broadcast.
Consent and people on camera
Only verified, consenting adults may appear. Every participant must complete the required checks and consent record before appearing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the broadcast must then stop immediately.
Content and conduct
Performers must follow the acceptable-use rules. Minors, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual content, illegal activity, violence, exploitation, copyright infringement and recording or sharing another person without permission are prohibited.
Moderation and account action
The platform may interrupt a room, preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, hold funds where lawfully required, suspend an account or remove content while a safety, fraud or legal report is reviewed. Affected users may appeal through the complaints process.
Coins, earnings and payouts
Display balances are not guaranteed payouts. Earnings depend on completed transactions, fraud and chargeback review, identity and payout verification, tax and sanctions checks, reserves, minimum thresholds and the final commercial terms.
Agreement versions
Acceptance is stored with a version identifier. Material changes require a new version and renewed acceptance. Questions or withdrawal notices can be sent to codeflowstudios@proton.me.
